Hays is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a national civil contractor in Liverpool, overseeing a civil and groundworks package on a large commercial project.
The role requires maintaining Health and Safety standards, liaising with the principal contractor, conducting plant checks, and ensuring quality assurance.
Candidates must have mandatory experience in civils and groundworks, with build civils experience being desirable.
Essential qualifications include First Aid, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications, along with computer literacy.

Our Client:Hays is working with a national civil contractor who is in need of a reliable and experienced Site Agent to oversee their civil and groundworks package on a large commercial build project in the Liverpool area.As Site Agent, you will:

Maintain all Health and Safety and RAMS on site
Liaise with the principal contractor on site
Carry out plant checks
Ensure QA is recorded and met

You will have:

Civils & Groundworks experience is mandatory
Build Civils experience is desirable
First Aid, SMSTS, & CSCS are essential
Must be computer literate
