Our client is a leading Civils and Infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager for a prison construction project in the Merseyside area.
The role involves overseeing health and safety, liaising with clients, organizing subcontractors, and ensuring budget and time targets are met.
Candidates must have a CSCS and SMSTS certification, a First Aid qualification, and previous Civils and construction experience, with TWC being a desired asset.
The position offers a daily rate of £300 and is expected to last for an undetermined amount of time, with an immediate start available.

Our ClientOur client is a leading and established Civils and Infrastructure contractor that is currently undertaking a nationwide Civils scheme, and is looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the construction of a prison in the Merseyside area for an undetermined amount of time.Your roles and responsibilities:

Overseeing the H&S and RAMS on site
Liaising with the client and ensuring all security procedures are adhered to
Organising any Subcontractors on site
Ensuring time and budgeting targets are met

What you require:

CSCS & SMSTS
First Aid qualification
Previous Civils & Construction experience
TWC (desired but not essential)
