Permanent site manager required in Liverpool

randstad are recruiting a site manager for one of our Liverpool based construction clients for a project in the city centre. They have a strong reputation for delivering high quality commercial & residential buildings in the region and are looking for a manager initially to work on a block of 115 new build apartments. With a good pipeline of work over the next few years

The Role

Managing assistant site managers, coordinating trades and materials.

Reporting to the project manager.

Controlling quality of works, from sub contractors.

Site inductions & Toolbox talks.

Working at a fast pace against a programme.

Monitoring Health and safety, and ensuring a high level of health and safety is maintained on site.

Skills and Experience

Experience in managing the full life cycle of building projects valued of at least £15 million

Will have previously worked on a high rise new-build residential or commercial projects.

keen eye for detail, Provide quick and effective solutions along with being a good communicator

CSCS, SMSTS, First aid + a trade background
