- We are seeking a Site Supervisor for a Facilities Management Contractor in the Barrow (LA14) area, starting Monday 25/11/24 for approximately 5 weeks.
- The role involves managing up to 30 site staff, including IPAF operators and general operatives, ensuring effective scheduling and addressing daily concerns.
- Candidates should have experience in dealing with construction trade staff and possess strong organizational and people management skills.
- The pay rate for this position ranges from £23 to £25 per hour, depending on experience.

Working in the Barrow (LA14) area, work will start in Monday 25/11/24 and will run for approx 5wks.
Based out of a local hotel you will be responsible for liaising with up to 30 site staff (IPAF's, + General Operatives) that will be working on a large local project - ensuring trades are scheduled for the day / night work, motivated and any day to day concerns are addressed.
Ideally you'll have dealt with Construction Trade staff, have excellent organisational skills and be an experienced people manager.
Rate of pay will be 23- 25 per Hour - dependent on experience.
