About youWe are looking for someone who · Experience of working within an Asset Services team, ideally supporting compliance activity. · Effective contract management skills, including supporting the management of service and maintenance contracts. · Clear understanding of risk management and compliance requirements for areas of risk. · Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.Why Riverside?In Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
