Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

  • Investigate accidents and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and solve problems.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry health and safety standards and best practices.

  • Experience with risk assessments and safety audits (through internships or academic projects).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
