In this role, you will be responsible for managing the legal process of purchasing properties off-plan, ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annumPosition: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire cycle of off-plan conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure effective communication and timely progression of transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title checks, prepare legal documents, and review contracts for off-plan purchases.
  • Facilitate the exchange of contracts and ensure all conditions are met before completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.
  • Manage case files effectively, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, specifically in off-plan transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and concisely.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
