Our firm operates from pleasant central offices, and we are looking for a local candidate who can provide vital support to our conveyancers in managing property transactions. This role primarily requires office attendance, though occasional remote work may be permitted for specific circumstances. Therefore, the ideal candidate should live within a short commute of our Warrington office.Requirements  The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a conveyancing department and a solid understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting property searches, liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, and handling routine residential conveyancing tasks. Exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
