An exciting role awaits an Off-Plan Conveyancer in Liverpool with a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary.ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Conveyancer to join their dynamic property team. This role is based in Liverpool, offering a blend of in-office and remote work. As an Off-Plan Conveyancer, you will be instrumental in managing the legal process of purchasing properties off-plan, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Off-Plan Conveyancer, you will manage the full cycle of off-plan conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of transactions. Conducting thorough title checks, preparing legal documents, and drafting and reviewing contracts will be key responsibilities. You will handle the exchange of contracts and ensure all conditions are met before completion, maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations.The salary is competitive, with additional benefits including a Medicash Healthcare Scheme, performance-related bonus, continuous professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment with regular social events.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, specifically in off-plan transactions.
