As an Off-Plan Conveyancer, you will be instrumental in managing the legal process of purchasing properties off-plan, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Off-Plan Conveyancer, you will manage the full cycle of off-plan conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of transactions. Conducting thorough title checks, preparing legal documents, and drafting and reviewing contracts will be key responsibilities.
