We are a family friendly restaurant in the heart of the Isle of man community serving a mix of traditional & world foods in a warm and welcoming environment. We have a great reputation locally and have become a destination food establishment over recent years.
We have grown considerably over the years and as such, sohas our team. We are looking to expand the team further by recruiting a new chef to work under our head chef.
Responsibilities to include serving food in a busy and face paced kitchen, reporting to thehead chef, food ordering, maintaining hygiene levels in the kitchen and keeping up to date with documentation and due diligence.
We believe in involving all members of the kitchen team when developing new menus and welcome innovation & creativity.
