I’m working exclusively with a highly respected wealth management firm that is undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. My client, a well-established and ambitious advisor, is embarking on their next stage of growth and is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join their team and help shape the future of the business.

About the Firm

This is a business that combines the professionalism of a thriving wealth management practice with the warmth of a close-knit team and the ambition of incredible growth. The team has grown from a single advisor to a robust team, including advisors, paraplanners, investment specialists, and administrative staff.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with the business owner to implement the firm’s vision, manage operations, and oversee the growth of the newly established directly authorised entity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have a genuine impact on the direction and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Management: Conduct 1:1s, manage staff performance, and resolve team issues.
  • Vision Implementation: Translate the owner’s goals for growth into actionable plans that drive results.
  • Data and Analysis: Review sales data and analyse call recordings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
