My client is looking for a dynamic and approachable Digital Trainer to assist individuals with up skilling in different remits such as -

  • Financial Services training
  • Employment Upskilling
  • Digital Upskilling

The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and adaptable Digital Trainer to help train across the North of the UK. In this role, you'd be training in branches, charities, businesses and more. You'll need to step in the shoes of people from all backgrounds. Your role is to help them to achieve their goals by meeting them where they are.

When you're not out delivering in the community, we'd like to use your expertise to help design and re-design our learning. You'll make sure we learn from feedback. Using it to make the next session and our whole curriculum even better for our learners.

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Digital Training experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - being able to adapt your tone of voice and your communications to the audience.
  • Experience in the design, creation and delivery learning from new concept, to research, right through to delivery.
  • The ability to design within new frameworks and adapt to our standard of Plain English.
  • Facilitation, presentation and delivery skills with knowledge of different learning theories and styles.
  • Experience of delivering training virtually.
  • The ability to travel to locations across the UK.
  • Charity sector experience is desirable.
