Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Functional Skills Intervention Assistant to join our team starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support in literacy, numeracy, and other key areas to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective intervention sessions focusing on functional skills such as literacy and numeracy.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom.

  • Monitor and assess student's progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate functional skills support into daily lessons.

  • Maintain accurate records of student's development and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Qualifications and Experience:
