Values driven, charitable organisation currently seeking a Systems Support Trainer, on a permanent basis, to join their growing team in an exciting period of change. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Trainer who possesses the ability and enthusiasm to design, create and deliver training.
Your New Role
Sat within the Learning and Organisational Development Team, as Systems Trainer you will support with the creation of an effective training rollout plan, and the company wide roll out of the new bespoke system. Within your new role, you will work alongside the existing team to create training materials and deliver coaching and training for the current (and new) workforce, both virtually and face to face.
As Systems Trainer, you will be acknowledged as the 'systems expert' and will have a clear understanding of what training is required. You will create the relevant materials and then articulate that training clearly to staff, evaluating skill-set and potential gaps in knowledge as you go. You will be comfortable presenting to large groups of people and also supporting on a 1-1 basis, where required, building strong professional relationships across the organisation.
You will be a great communicator and positively promote the organisation's systems, engaging staff and promoting best practice.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven experience delivering systems training across an organisation.
- Experience of planning and managing the rollout of a delivery plan and / or project work on time.
- Experience in the creation and development of training materials.
- The ability to use a variety of different training solutions, such as webinars, reference guides, PowerPoint slides, handouts and user guides.
- Ability to present training to staff in a clear, confident and enthusiastic manner.
- Previous experience acting as a systems expert in your organisation.
- A Driving Licence - due to the travel within the role.
