Job Purpose:

As a key member of the Systems Training Team, you will create, deploy, evaluate, update, and review digital adoption materials at all stages of the end-to-end user journey across a wide variety of platforms and applications. You will work closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver high-quality digital adoption experiences.

Experienced in scripting and storyboarding, you will be competent in the use of graphic design, video production, animation, and interactive multimedia applications to create, edit, and enhance digital adoption content. You’ll support operational teams to use our systems efficiently, consistently, and drive up data integrity. Your content will digitally engage people and promote best practices. A great communicator, you’ll have the confidence, patience, and enthusiasm needed to explain technical system subjects in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create engaging and impactful digital adoption content across various cloud-based platforms.
  • Use tools like WalkMe, WeFix, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Integrate various multimedia content and components into hybrid training solutions.
  • Conduct quality reviews (user acceptance testing and user experience) before publishing content and design assessments and other evaluation tools to measure learner progress and engagement.
  • Research the latest multimedia technologies, platforms, tools, and solutions to ensure “best in-class” quality standards of usability, accessibility, and visual/aesthetic consistency.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft 365 suite of applications and other similar digital platforms and equipment to create simple and effective content to support the systems training programmes.
  • Provide regular reports of digital adoption performance.
  • Work with other cross-functional projects as required.
