Your new companyI am excited to be working with a key client who is looking for a Training Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. My client is a leading infrastructure provider who is driven by strong values and offers a supportive and inclusive working environment. They work across a range of markets and offer numerous sustainable solutions to their customers.
Your new roleThe main purpose of your role is to provide key administrative support to the training team. This team is responsible for ensuring that, where relevant, all employees have undertaken the correct training at the correct time for their particular role. Your responsibilities will include tracking training requirements, liaising with employees and training providers to book training and courses and managing the data input of this information. You will need to keep up to date with the different requirements for the company's different contracts and may be required to undertake other admin duties where relevant.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a busy and fast-paced administration role. Experience working within a training department or somewhere where you have had to schedule high-volume appointments is advantageous. Attention to detail is key for this role, and you will be comfortable liaising with both internal and external clients and employees.
What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent position offering a salary of 25,000, 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension and free parking. There are other benefits including cycle to work, child care vouchers and holiday buying. Full time with working hours. Once you are fully trained and comfortable working alone, you will be able to take advantage of the hybrid model which is usually 2-3 days per week from home.
