Description
Duties of the Training Administrator:
- Effectively manage administrative tasks, producing data and reports
- Ensure correct registration details for students are inputted
- Register students with the correct awarding body
- Liaise with quality assurance to ensure certifications are correct
- Maintain student records, collating attendance.
Profile
The successful Training Administrator should have:
- Experience in a regulated environment such as education, healthcare, government body.
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in the use of office software like MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
