This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits designed to support and reward your dedication.ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is seeking a Paralegal to join their esteemed Property team in Liverpool. Known for their supportive and sociable work environment, our client is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both staff and clients.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will assist senior property lawyers in a dynamic and fast-paced department. Your responsibilities will include updating clients on case progress, communicating with estate agents, lenders, and other agencies, and providing day-to-day assistance across all offices. The role requires confidence and proven experience in residential conveyancing work.The salary for this role is competitive, and you will enjoy benefits such as a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, death in service benefit, service discounts, and extensive training and progression opportunities.ABOUT YOUTo excel in this role, you will need proven experience of at least 12 months in a property paralegal role. Familiarity with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals is essential. Experience with Infotrack is desirable, though full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, flexible, able to work under pressure, numerate, and possess a good telephone manner.
