They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Solicitor/Team Leader to lead their Serious Injury and Credit Hire department at either their Bolton or Liverpool offices.
The Role
As the Senior Solicitor/Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the success of the Serious Injury and Credit Hire department. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and experienced solicitor to lead a talented team, oversee complex caseloads, and contribute to the firms continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Caseload Management: Handle a portfolio of serious injury and credit hire cases, ensuring exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategies to drive departmental success, including setting objectives and monitoring performance.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert legal advice and representation.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and the firm's policies, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Business Development: Collaborate with the wider firm to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen the firms reputation in serious injury and credit hire litigation.
What Were Looking For
A qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE, preferably with experience in serious injury or credit hire cases.
Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
Strong technical knowledge of serious injury litigation, credit hire claims, and associated case law.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
A results-driven individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for achieving the best
outcomes for clients.
