Our client are looking for a driven individual with great skills both in client relationships but also within management of staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of two credit controllers.
- Monitor team performance, including training and development.
- Manage a high volume of customer accounts, ensuring payments are collected and queries resolved.
- Maintain aged debt within set KPIs and produce reports for senior management.
- Review and improve processes for efficiency.
- Reconcile customer accounts and allocate cash.
- Assess customer credit ratings and update credit limits.
- Collaborate with debt collection agencies to manage overdue debts.
What are we Looking For:
- Essential: Experience managing a credit control team and excellent communication skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and receivable finance.
