Exciting Opportunity: Credit Control Team Leader!Are you a skilled and motivated credit control professional with leadership experience? We're looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join a vibrant Finance Department and drive excellence in credit management! Our client are looking for a driven individual with great skills both in client relationships but also within management of staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of two credit controllers.
  • Monitor team performance, including training and development.
  • Manage a high volume of customer accounts, ensuring payments are collected and queries resolved.
  • Maintain aged debt within set KPIs and produce reports for senior management.
  • Review and improve processes for efficiency.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and allocate cash.
  • Assess customer credit ratings and update credit limits.
  • Collaborate with debt collection agencies to manage overdue debts.

What are we Looking For:

  • Essential: Experience managing a credit control team and excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and receivable finance.
