Description

You will be joining a welcome and expanding team, and be a key hire for the finance team where your experience as a credit controller will not only be valued but will enable you to grow a long term career from within

Here is an overview of your responsibilities in your role :

Manage and continuously update customer records.
Review of ledger and customer accounts
Chasing outstanding balances
Investigating applicable fees
Taking direct payment over the phone
Using credit facilities
Adjusting and cancelling policies to settle the outstanding policy holder's balance.
Liaise with insurers to get the premiums.
Running age debt for 30, 60 and 90 days before sending 7-day letter reminders.
Provide a weekly update to management on cleared settlements and confirmed payments.
Set up payment plans.
Work towards tight deadlines.
· Complete high standard internal audits to adhere FCA regulations by ensuring recorded calls are compliant.
· Work alongside management and customer accounts team to implement more efficient processes and procedures to improve overall performance of Credit Control function
