This role is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, to contribute significantly to a not-for-profit organisation within the Accounting & Finance department, located in Liverpool. Description

  • Manage and maintain the credit control process
  • Perform credit checks and set credit limits
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any financial discrepancies
  • Produce and send out monthly statements
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Prepare reports on account statuses for senior management
  • Support in the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
