Outbound Customer Service Advisor - £22,500pa – plus benefits. Start date - 6th January We are currently recruiting for a large law firm based in Liverpool’s city centre who are about to add to one of their legal teams. Mainly dealing with motor accident claims, this is a busy customer service role that does not require previous legal, or insurance experience as full training is given.Our client offers progression and development opportunities and extensive training. This role will be starting Monday 6th January, interviews taking place throughout December. Your role will consist of –• Making and taking outbound and inbound calls, assisting with all manner of information to do with their claims, updates, taking messages, tracking and collating data effectively.• Providing clear communication via phone and email.• Supporting with any additional queries.• Liaising with external partners and departments.• Updating the referrals and making them aware of the services that are available to them, converting into claims.• All general administration that will accompany the role.For this role we are ideally looking for candidates that possess the following –• Previous telephone based customer service experience.
