Client Services Advisor - Liverpool City Centre

Within this role you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, and online enquiries ensuring the service you provide is thorough and customer centric. Your main focus will be to provide an excellent customer experience for potential new clients to provide guidance on a range of financial options available to suit their individual needs.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Providing guidance on all aspects of the clients financial circumstances
  • Ensure all calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy
  • Ensure that all customers are treated with outstanding service, taking them through the process and ensuring that the correct solution is presented to them
  • Ensure that prospective customers are fully advised and supported through their decision-making process
