Customer Booking Advisor - Liverpool Area

Franchised Motor Dealership

We are seeking a Customer Booking Advisor to join my client's team at a leading vehicle dealership in the Liverpool area. This is a customer-facing role where you will manage service queries, bookings, and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer service enquiries and bookings.
  • Coordinate between the parts warehouse, workshop, and other departments.
  • Provide technical advice and accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Ensure quality control and timely completion of work.
  • Promote additional services to customers via phone or email.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, administration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • IT literate; technical knowledge is a plus.
