Your new companyI am thrilled to be working with a key client who is a leading name within FMCG. A key player within the industry, this organisation has a large distribution footprint within the UK and produces products that you have likely seen many times on shelves. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Service team in their Liverpool offices. Your new roleThe main purpose of your role is to process a variety of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Orders can be received via phone or electronically. You will also be responsible for all other transactional activities within the Customer Service team. Alongside order processing, your responsibilities will include analysing data and identifying issues to ensure the fulfilment of orders, developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and at times managing complex processes to achieve deadlines, all whilst delivering an exceptional level of service. The department is in operation all year round, which means there may be occasional weekend work. Work from home is available 2 days per week after your initial training period of 3 months. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this position, you will ideally have previous experience in a Sales Administration/Customer Service Administration or Order Processing role. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have good problem-solving abilities. You will be confident on systems and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £25,000.
