The job:

Providing customer service handling incoming calls and enquiries for our clientSignposting for services within the client, handling complaints if they ariseTaking payments over the phone, assisting with applications and form completionGeneral ad hoc administrative tasks as required by management

The candidate:

Experience working in a call centre/contact centre environmentPublic sector environment experience would be preferred
