Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a Customer Service and Helpdesk Advisor for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.

The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and investments. They thus require a customer service helpdesk advisor to add value to their engineering services team. This could be viewed as an ideal opportunity to build the foundations of a career in a business with excellent advancement opportunities and operating in the thriving net zero and renewable energy field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving calls from clients on new service and maintenance engineering needs
  • Entering said data into the software system
  • Liaising with internal operational and engineering team
  • Maintaining accurate information for auditing purposes
  • Prioritising task and building knowledge base to help optimise client feedback and operational excellence

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new terminology to a basic to intermediate standard
  • Experience with CRM software or similar Computer Aided Facilities Management such as Concept Evolution is a bonus
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills
