PP Associates are working exclusively with an independent, stable, and well-established business. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team where you will enjoy a blend of customer services and sales administration.
Your duties will include:
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Communicating with customers on various platforms
Assessing returns for resale suitability
Organising collections and dispatching replacements
Collaborating with quality assurance on product issues
Managing stock levels across multiple platforms
Overseeing sales administration for timely order processing
Assisting with catalogue and feedback quality
What you need to succeed:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce
Willingness to work some weekends on a rota basis
Familiarity with web-based platforms is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
