Temporary Customer Service Associate – Aldgate London - £13.15ph – Full time.

Weekly pay - PAYE – Immediate start

Our client, a market leading property and real estate client are rapidly growing and looking to recruit for experienced Customer Service Associates for their exciting and fast-paced Student Accommodation sites throughout the summer months.

The aim of your role will be to provide successful support to the day-to-day management of the site and its community.

Job responsibilities:

  • Front of house service – delivering all aspects of customer service – exceed and anticipate resident expectations.
  • Responds positively to customer queries and complaints, identifying and undertaking appropriate action in line with company procedures.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting and respecting team members and delivering exceptional resident living.
  • Provide seamless post/parcel service to include sorting and distributing, keeping post room organised and tidy.
  • Monitor email inbox and respond accordingly.
  • Complete administrative tasks including logging maintenance requests, filing, updating database.
  • Undertake marketing activities such as leafleting, attending open days etc.
  • Ensure Health & Safety of the building/residents – check fire alarms, ensure reception is not left unattended.
  • Assisting residents when moving in/out: helping with luggage, setting up rooms/apartments
  • Carry out sales and leasing activities: viewings/follow up enquiries.
  • Chase outstanding rent arrears.

  • Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Culturally aware with the ability to adapt style and communications to suit audience.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Numerical skills necessary to complete the above activities.
