My client has several excellent opportunities, within their customer service team and will be interviewing potential candidates from Monday 9th December. They are a successful energy company based in North Liverpool, expanding rapidly in a fast-paced and dynamic market. About You

You are passionate about dealing with customers via telephone and email. You possess excellent communication skills, remain calm and professional, and thrive in a fast-changing environment. You are confident, self-motivated, willing to learn, and have a desire to succeed. You have a strong focus on customer care, aiming to deliver the right outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Resolving customer enquiries via telephone and email within agreed targets
  • Recording and maintaining accurate customer data
  • Resolving billing-related queries
  • Managing relationships with letting agents, landlords, and tenants
  • Managing customer data

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Customer service experience
  • An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build customer relationships through listening and negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills, numeracy, and articulation
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • The ability to work on their own initiative with attention to detail while being part of a larger team
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting salary of £22,500, increasing to £23,700 after two years of service
  • Scheduled pay rise in April
  • £500 non-consolidated payment for passing probation (3 months probation)
  • 21 days of annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every 2 years up to 25 days
