As a Customer Services Administrator (FCA) you will be proactively provide an excellent service to all stakeholders, actively understanding their requirements, keeping them involved and updated. This will include undertaking all administration and case processing for all customer groups via email, phone and letter as appropriate.

Description

As a Customer Service Administrator (FCA) you will be:

  • Delivering a proactive excellent service to all stakeholders, actively understanding their requirements, keeping them involved and updated.
  • Undertaking all administration and case processing for all customer groups via email, telephone and letter as appropriate
  • Ensuring that quality control is maintained and that all processes are followed as written using the systems provided in line with set targets, SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensuring customer request for benefit payments are processed following the procedure in a timely manner to obtain good customer outcome.
  • Processing of existing customer change of details request
  • Processing additional funds in and investment request for customer.
  • Ensuring financial adviser invoices are processed timely and request for information are processed accurately within SLA.
  • Identifying expression of dissatisfaction and escalating following the process in place promptly to ensure they are dealt within the regulatory timeframe.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience in an operational customer service environment, preferably within a FCA regulated environment
  • Experience of working within the pensions industry and of delivering excellent customer-focused service to pensions scheme members
  • Attention to detail.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solver
