Our client is seeking a customer service associate that has excellent customer service skills in addition to experience of working with web page creation and data entry.
Working as part of a team that are the first point of contact for all customers, covering Chat, Email & Telephone providing Quotations & Order Processing
the successful candidate must be organised and have the initiative and drive to see things through to completion. They will be an individual with a confident, professional telephone manner who can give attention to detail.
Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience of working with abobe creative is desirable but not essential
