This role is due to start on Monday 30th September Are you passionate about customer services? This busy, growing firm not only offer competitive benefits but also amazing career development opportunities.Your role is to assist the firms customers and help their journey with making a claim, dealing with all queries you are able to and simply make sure their customers receive the best service.• Taking calls, assisting them with the initial start of their claims.• Go through the service and what is involved and what is available to them.• Collect and update data.• Liaise with other departments.• Meeting any KPI requirements and team targets.• Assisting with any additional administration.• Making suggestions for improvement and taking part in any development training.This role is a great opportunity to start working for a growing firm that really can offer excellent career development.You don’t any legal experience, but if you do have any prior legal know - how or experience in insurance this would be an advantage.
