Inbound Legal Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking Inbound Legal Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Take calls and assist customers with the initial stages of their claims.
  • Explain the service details, including what is involved and what is available to customers.
  • Collect and update customer data accurately.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet KPI requirements and team targets.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by making suggestions and participating in development training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in office-based customer service is ideal.
  • Prior legal or insurance experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet set targets.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including late shifts (1 week in 4) and weekends (1 week in 3).
