This is a temporary role with an end date of March 31st

  • To support the Learning and Development Business Partner with administrative requirements to provide an efficient and effective Learning and Development support service across all the company as well as contributing to supporting the wider work of the People Services team as required.
  • To support collaborative working with the People Services partnering team, managers, and leaders across the Group to provide an effective and professional learning and development support service as part of the wider People Services Team.
  • To be a central point of reference across the Group, ensuring that managers and leaders receive a professional, people focused and efficient support service for all learning and development.
  • The role will be based in Liverpool but travel to surrounding areas will be required to meet trainers occasionally.
  • Flexible home working aligned with business needs

Team Details:

  • The role reports directly to the Head of People Services and involves close collaboration with another People Coordinator in Learning and Development.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will support our team with:

  • Booking training sessions
  • Managing the Learning and Development inbox
  • General L&D administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and a strong team player
  • Experienced in working within an administrative role in a people function
  • Ideally, has experience in Learning and Development administration and/or working with a Learning Management System (LMS), although LMS experience is not essential.
  • Please note that essential qualifications, such as CIPD, are not required for this role.
  • Due to the travel aspect of this role we are looking for someone with a driver's license and vehicle
