The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain a portfolio of high net worth clients
- Build and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate renewal terms and process mid-term changes
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure client data security and privacy
Required knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in customer service and client management
- Strong product knowledge in insurance, particularly for high net worth clients
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CII qualification or progress towards it (desirable)
