Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
- Providing assistance and guidance to the customer
- Processing information and updating CRM system
- Creating cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer
- Liaising with internal teams to better assist the customer
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- A strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony based role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
- A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
