Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
  • Providing assistance and guidance to the customer
  • Processing information and updating CRM system
  • Creating cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer
  • Liaising with internal teams to better assist the customer

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • A strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony based role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
  • A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
