Your new company
My client, a leading national manufacturer based in Liverpool, is seeking a team of 3 customer service / order processors to join their team on a permanent basis.
Producing some of the UK's most well known brands, my client provides a wide variety of retailers worldwide.

Your new role
The position is being offered full-time from Monday to Friday, you will also be required to work one weekend in 5.
Starting salary of 25,000 per annum with an annual increase
Full training is provided with a hybrid model in place once you have completed the training. This can last up to 6 months.
Joining a large team of customer service professionals, you will be providing first-class service to the organisation's clients and customers alike. There is a strong focus on stakeholder management within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Processing orders from multiple channels, including calls, emails and the sales order system
Updating systems
Data entry
Providing a first class service for customers and clients
Dealing within the wider service team
Liaising with hauliers / transport

Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service skills from an office environment
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deal with all levels of management
Passionate about providing an excellent service and going that extra mile.
