Site Administrator required to start a permanent role for a construction company based in Liverpool (L3) area.
The role will consist of general administrative duties such as answering inbound calls, data entry and adding new employees to the biometric system.
Also, you will be doing the following duties;
- Timesheet; You will be sorting the time sheets for the contactors/ workers on site.
- Snag Emails; Sending emails om daily basis to project managers of works that need to be repaired or fixed and add to the white board.
- Purchase Orders; Create purchase orders for new materials for site work.
- CCTV; Monitor CCTV and report any strange or unfamiliar activity on site.
- Gate Entry System; Monitor visitors on and off site.
