- Monitor accounts and identify late and missing payments.
- Pursue late and missing payments and issue reminders by e-mail, letter and telephone in respect of the above to ensure that accounts are brought up to date and escalate for further action where necessary.
- Identify under/over payments and notify tenants and pursue any shortfalls to ensure account brought up to date where necessary.
- Prepare rent schedules and reconcile accounts using Excel and our in-in house property management system.
- Deal with tenants queries regarding their rent accounts on the phone and by e-mail and letter as applicable and record on our property management system.
- Run routine and adhoc reports and post daily rent charges onto our property management system.
- Provide debt management support.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a property management environment.
- Credit control experience (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, establishing rapport and demonstrating the
- ability to manage complex issues in a calm and professional manner
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
