An excellent opportunity for an experienced Alarm / Fire & Security Engineer to join a well-established company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: Liverpool (Covering Merseyside & Surrounding areas)
Salary: £36k - £43k (roughly £18-£21 p/h based upon an 8hr day) Depending on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00, Based on 40 Hours Per Week.
About The Role:
Servicing and maintenance of intruder, CCTV and access control systems, in accordance with the current standards.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and servicing/maintaining various intruder, CCTV and access control systems.
- Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
- Be part of an On Call Rota for OOH callouts and telephone support
- Installation of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems to a high standard of workmanship
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years background and experience of working of undertaking with intruder, fire and access systems
- Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of various intruder panels
- Network/IP based product experience
- Full driving license
- Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
- Participation in on call rota
