- Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods to introduce our retrofit services.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of energy-efficient upgrades, including cost savings, improved comfort, and environmental impact.
- Identify potential customers and secure their interest by booking free home assessments or consultations.
- Address basic homeowner questions and concerns; refer complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values of sustainability and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections with confidence and tact.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of energy efficiency and home retrofitting is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
