A Nursery in Liverpool is seeking a confident Nursery Nurse who is ready to hit the ground running. The fitting individual will be able to put children's education and care first. The setting is seeking a proactive individual who can apply their experience and EYFS knowledge to support children's development effectively.

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement creative activities
  • Record progress based on EYFS curriculum activities
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers
  • Assist with children's hygiene routines and meals
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning
  • Uphold safeguarding protocols
  • Keep daily diary sheets updated for a comprehensive overview of each child's day

The Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (available through Randstad if needed)
  • Previous experience working with infants and young children
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation
  • Genuine passion for enhancing children's development

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Desired (but not essential):

  • Safeguarding, pediatric first aid, food hygiene, and health and safety training
