We are seeking caring, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team immediately. Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to EYFS children, fostering their development and learning.
- Work with children with varying needs, including SEN and developmental delays.
- Help deliver lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Assist in behaviour management and promote positive social interactions.
- Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children's individual needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be available for an immediate start.
