Randstad Education is working with two primary schools in Huyton to recruit caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for 1:1 support within the EYFS framework. This term-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, with the possibility of a permanent role within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized 1:1 support to children in the EYFS setting, promoting learning and development.
  • Support pupils who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or developmental delays.
  • Assist in delivering lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Support positive behavior management and encourage social interaction.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a commitment to meeting individual student needs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and parents to track and support student progress.
  • Be available for an immediate start.
