Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the classroom teacher to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
  • Assist in planning and organising creative activities that spark curiosity and learning
  • Ensure appropriate classroom ratios to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for children's growth
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff
  • Monitor and report on student progress to encourage continuous development
What You'll Need
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Experience in a primary school setting
  • Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
