We're seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a child who requires additional support with challenging behavior. Your Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a child with challenging behavior, you'll:

  • Provide tailored support to help the pupil engage positively with learning and the school environment.
  • Implement strategies and interventions designed to promote emotional regulation and positive behavior.
  • Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to create and follow an individualized support plan.
  • Offer encouragement and celebrate achievements to boost confidence and self-esteem.
