Key Responsibilities:

Supervising Classes: Take responsibility for supervising students during lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their work.

1:1 Support: Provide individual support to students when required, helping them with their work and offering guidance when needed.

Maintaining Classroom Order: Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment by managing student behavior in line with the school’s policies.

Flexible Days: Work on flexible days to cover lessons across various subjects and year groups, providing essential support to the school.

Supporting Student Development: Assist in the delivery of pre-prepared lessons, reinforcing learning objectives, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
Who Are We Looking For?

You may be unqualified, but you must bring transferrable skills such as strong communication, organisation, and the ability to engage with young people.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with students.

Previous experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, coaching) is advantageous but not essential.

A proactive, flexible individual who is comfortable stepping into different subject areas and managing a variety of classroom environments.

A passion for education and a desire to support students’ learning and well-being.
